What have we been up to? - Part 3

Okay, so I've hit the highlights (or at least picture highlights) for the months of January and February. Now I'm up to March, but since we aren't all the way through yet I figured I'd just cover the first half of the month.

So far in March:
- Kyleigh's class celebrated Dr. Seuss's birthday. :) In honor of that, Kyleigh wore her 'Thing 2' shirt. Turns out one of her friends wore their 'Thing 1' shirt. haha

Please ignore boxes...I was cleaning out closets. haha

- The girls and I went to Dunkin Donuts one Saturday morning after letting Boone out for Nate's parents.

- We celebrated Nate's birthday!! The girls and I really like to celebrate things. :-D

- I made Nate his favorite dinner and his parents and my dad came over to help us eat it. ;)

Kyleigh taught Grandpa Rodney how to knit. :)

- I made Abby a pillowcase dress.

- Kyleigh had her spring Picture Day -- where she wore Abby's pillowcase dress. haha

It was raining the morning of Picture Day, so Kyleigh wore her galoshes to school but brought her fancy shoes. :)

- Since Abby got a pillowcase dress, Kyleigh got a scrap skirt. She was very excited about this...I just didn't get a picture of her wearing it yet. :-/

- A nearby church was putting on a little community event called 'Spring Fling' and since Kyleigh has friends who go to the church, we went to the little festival. It was a lot of fun and Gramma, Grampa, Aunt Kristen, and Ava came too!

 The first booth we came to was letting kids hold bunnies. :) This made the girls very happy.

 We can't go anywhere without getting tattoos. haha

 Then the girls made crowns.

 The girls were waiting to go on the swings, but Abby was too short so Kyleigh went.

Before we left, Abby and I went on this twirling tubs thing. 

- The girls were home sick on the 18th, so we made some awesome glasses! :) And then we played a game of 'Memory' before bed. :) (I am happy to report that both were feeling better that evening and both went to school the next day. Yay!)

 Still celebrating Nate's birthday weekend, we went out for dinner at Mellow Mushroom and 

ate outside since it was such a beautiful day.

We painted Abby's toenails to look like her caterpillar. haha

And we painted her other foot to look like a mommy ladybug and baby ladybugs. :)

Kyleigh's hand got a rainbow (on the pinkie),  a stream of gold, and a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow (thumb). :)

Kyleigh's decorated pizza box as part of a school fundraiser. :)
